The Best Waterproofing Process For Concrete Slabs.

               We all know due to continuously exposing to water, air and heat the concrete slabs gets cracks and absorbs moisture too. So lets see the best and correct waterproofing Methodology.💡!!!

• What is Chemical Waterproofing? 

                 It is the process of applying the chemical which is in powder or in liquid form. In Chemical waterproofing the chemical watertight the surface and the thin layer of 300 microns to 800 microns is formed on the surface. 

                  Concrete slabs are porous they absorb moisture and make the structure weak.

Methodology ( Process) of waterproofing the concrete slabs.  

1. Surface Cleaning with the help of Mechanical Chipper.:- 

                   Remove all the big and tight Dead concrete, Mortar with the help of Mechanical Chipper to get the clean and even surface.

2. Cleaning with the help of wire brush:-

                     After cleaning with mechanical chipper the remaining particles and dust is removed by wire brush. The cleaning with wire brush removes all the grease, oil stains  and normal slurry which is stucked  on the surface of the slab and gives the proper cleaning to the surface.

3. Washing with the help of jet spray:-

                             Finally after both mechanical & wire brush cleaning we come to our next process called washing the concrete surface with the help of jet spray. By washing with jet spray each and every dust particle is removed from the surface of slab and slab looks neat and clean which is required for waterproofing work.

4. Application of  Waterproofing Chemical.:- 

                               Now finishing all the three process of cleaning now its the turn to apply the Chemical. Mix the chemical thoroughly with proper proportion and with the help of electronic stirrer, and apply the first coat after 12 to 13 hours apply second coat of chemical.
